好久不見,各位~將近半年沒跟大家見面嚕,月亮傑克希望大家都過的平安快樂囉~

這半個月來月亮傑克得了重感冒呢,將近一年沒生病了,這次生病特別感覺到健康的重要,所以要特別提醒大家在這季節交替之際要特別注意身體。

這一期會提到一些舉重的好處,希望大家平時要多做運動啦,這樣才會頭好壯壯喔 ^_^
